Ceremonial grade matcha, ground fresh for every batch.
Handpicked from Kagoshima’s first spring harvest and grown without harmful pesticides. We only use the youngest, most tender leaves, so your matcha is bright green, smooth and never bitter.
- Naturally sweet and umami-rich. A fresh green tea taste up front, then mellow sweetness, nuttiness and deep umami.
- Smooth and velvety. It whisks into a silky, full-bodied cup with a clean finish.
- A three-cultivar blend. Saemidori, Tsuyuhikari and Okumidori, for more depth and balance.
- Ground fresh, every batch. Matcha tastes best close to its grind date, so each batch is freshly ground and sealed before it ships, keeping every cup vibrant and smooth.
How to enjoy: whisk with hot water for a traditional cup, or pour over ice and milk for an iced latte.
